You can increase the authenticity of your page by choosing the right category of page your represent, choosing a wrong category of page can make your page look inauthentic and thereby preventing some people from following your page. Honestly, nobody would like to follow a fake page.

Nevertheless if you have a huge fan based you will not be able to reply every comment on your page, now what you should do is to set a time frame by replying comment in the first 20mins or 30mins of your upload time. 
This will even make your fans to rush and comment on your uploads when the discover you do reply first set of comments. they will struggle to receive a reply from you.  

USE CALL TO ACTION
What is call to action? this is a method whereby you inform your followers on what to do.
 
Is it bad to inform followers to like and share? Basically Facebook would tell you the distribution of your post will be reduce if you as them to Like and Share your post. Facebook wants your fans to Like the post by themselves because the enjoyed the content not because someone ask them to do it.

Better Way To Use Call To Action.
Nevertheless there is a better way of doing this, most times your fans would not remember to Like the post or even share the post this is why Call To Action is very important.

Now instead of Saying "Like and Share" you could say "If your enjoyed this content remember to give us a Thumbs up and Share" here you have given them a reason to like and share which is "If you enjoyed this content" so anyone who didn't enjoy the content can walk over, you didn't mandate anyone for a LIKE AND SHARE. .
